How to add member in alliance?? somebody please help me

First you must have a relation with person witch you will invite to your aliance. Meet in city inrecoveri room or ammunitions store or have in friends. After that you click on the aliance button. Create you own aliance and klick on the tab members and you can choose a new member witch you have in friends.

Do all members of the alliance have to be online at the same time to carry out alliance hits? And is it right then to assume that only players online can be added to the alliance in the 1st place?

You can planning the aliance hit when the others are offline too. And when they will be online they can add on the hit. Who will add will be first on the list too.
