There is one staff member who will heal you without any risk. “The Russian”. He can be visited by all, but only bought by a premium player. When you have used “The Russian” 4 times you have to visit the “Paraffin bath worker” to neutralize yourself before you can visit “The Russian” again. Should you fail to do so you will get one more chance, after that you will be locked up in the ER without exception.

so there is 11 staff now? and only premium people can buy the russian but can anyone visit him if he is in the premium player's recovery room?

The Russian give you 100% eduarance with 0% risk to go to ER. But you can use it only 4 times after that you must use Paraffin bath worker and after that again The Russian. But surgeon have possibility to take you to ER. And Rhe Russian can buy only premium players. But it can be use with all players.
