Ending up in the emergency room

When i go to recovery room, why i end up in the emergency room ... what is the reason .. if there is way to avoid that can anyone tell me how.

There are 2 possible reasons that I know of for why you are going to the er from a recovery room:

1 - what ever methos you used for recovery failed - i.e. bad chicken soup gave you sars.

2 - someone else in the recovery room attacked you.

I suspect that the different recovery methods are linked to your rating. So if you have a higher rating chicken soup will fail more often. try more expensive measures. I suspect it also works the other way around as well, if you have a low rating then the ambulance will fail more often as well. I may be wrong on this, it is only based on my observations of the game since I started 2 days ago.
